Building energy management systems

BEMS are a way of controlling all of the energy consuming HVAC appliances on your site in the most efficient manner by way of bringing them under one central controller (commonly remotely accessible from multiple locations). It is essentially a computerised system which collects data about both internal and external atmospheric conditions in various locations and controls the heating, cooling and ventilation systems to provide the correct amount of output to achieve the desired ambient conditions (temperature, humidity and carbon dioxide levels) using the minimum amount of energy.
