Safety controls
In certain higher risk sites where the processes completed or products stored are at a greater risk of fire, it is typically required (and certainly recommended) to have an automated means to shut off the fuel supply in the event of a fire alarm. This is typically achieved by means of a safety 'slam-shut' valve connected to the fire alarm system.
We have all the necessary knowledge and experience to advise you of a suitable type of fuel shut off system through to complete installation of necessary valves and/or sensing systems, ready for integration into your fire alarm system.
We can also provide plant room and appliance specific systems to protect your site from the unlikely event of a serious failure of a heating appliance.
